Journey through Rajastan
Join us as we travel to North India - where transcendence mingles intimately with the world of matter - where the sacred stories of the ancients meet the land onto which we can ourselves roam.
We journey both as artists, and as pilgrims, seeking to humbly learn from the communities for whom there is no line between life, art, and spirit.
Whether you are a visual artist, dancer, poet, actor, or creative dabbler - reconnect to your creative inspiration and sense of wonder.
JAIPUR
The capital of Rajasthan and popularly known as the Pink City. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces, blushed pink, where once lived the maharajas, or great kings.
We will shop in the colorful bazaars, learn block printing from local artisans, meet elephants, and spend time writing and drawing at these magnificent historic landmarks.
PUSHKAR
Pushkar is translated as "blue lotus flower”. Here we will learn/watch the traditional folk dances from the Kalbeliya community, spend time learning about their lifestyle, and learn drumming along the ghat (waterfront)
VRINDAVAN
Vrindavan is the land of devotion, where it is believed that God walks amongst the residents of the village as a child, as a friend, as a lover. Vrindavan is the land of 5,000 temples and is among the most important places of pilgrimage for devotees of Krishna. It is filled with song, dance, and Divine sweetness.
